Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-demand periods, processing times may be extended. Orders are not guaranteed to ship the same day. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. 

Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location, weight, and carrier. Additional charges may apply for oversized, heavy, or freight shipments.

Freight & Large Orders
Certain items may require freight shipping. The customer is responsible for ensuring delivery access and providing accurate delivery information. Missed deliveries or re-delivery requests may incur additional charges.

Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues. Customers must contact the carrier directly to resolve delivery problems.

Damaged Shipments
All shipments should be inspected upon delivery. Any visible damage must be reported immediately to the carrier and noted at the time of delivery. Claims for damaged goods must be submitted within 48 hours of receipt, including photos of packaging and product.

Partial Shipments
Orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product availability. Customers will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments unless otherwise stated.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Packages refused or returned due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address may be subject to return shipping fees and restocking charges.

Shipping Restrictions
We reserve the right to restrict shipping to certain locations or refuse shipments at our discretion.

Liability Limitation
Our responsibility for any shipment is limited to the value of the products purchased. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from shipping delays or delivery issues.
