Refund and Return Policy
- No returns or exchanges on products after 30 days.
- Special orders (non-stocked items) cannot be returned.
- All approved returns must be accompanied by our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). This RMA will be sent to the customer upon request. This form must be clearly visible on the outside of the return packaging.
- Merchandise returned with the RMA must be new, in its original packaging and suitable for resale.
- Any potential return must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date. The original invoice must be included with the return.
- The customer may be responsible for storage and transportation costs—depending on the returned merchandise. In all cases, the seller's or manufacturer's warranty applies as the initial warranty. Any secondary warranty is at the discretion of Importation Navosco Inc.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Heavy and excluded items:
Individual items over 40 lbs and oversized items are excluded from our free shipping policy. However, we offer competitive shipping rates for Canadian destinations. Heavy or oversized items will still be eligible for subsidized shipping. Navosco INC reserves the right to exclude items from the free shipping policy.
Multiple package delivery:
Although we do our best to ship complete orders, it is sometimes necessary to split orders into two or more packages or multiple parcels.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
